62C Ultimate Blanket Wash
62C Ultimate Safety Blanket Wash is the innovation of AIM Chemicals and is the first blanket
and roller wash of its type to have been specifically developed for the Australian printing industry.
In accord with Worksafe Safety Initiatives, ‘62C’ has a flashpoint 64 degrees Centigrade
when tested to ASTM D93.
Performance:
`62C’ Ultimate Safety Blanket Wash has been formulated entirely from biodegradable compounds,
contains zero aromatic hydrocarbons and exhibits an extremely low VOC rating
(Volatile Organic Compound) making it ‘environmentally preferred’. ‘62C’ will, rapidly remove
ink and paper build-up, deglaze blankets and rollers, resulting in a ‘deeply cleaned’, highly receptive
surface.

Economy:
`62C’ Ultimate Safety Blanket Wash is ideally suited for bulk storage and handling, making it
even more economical to use. There are no specific handling regulations applicable making its
availability very convenient.
Health and Safety:
Due to the absence of aromatic components, 62C Ultimate is less aggressive on skin and also
lower in odour, which is a distinct benefit, particularly when it is being used in confined areas.

Note:
AIM ‘62C’ Ultimate is available in both non-miscible and water miscible formulas which allows
water to be added, up to a concentration of 50%. This will increase the economy of the product,
as well as aiding in the removal of paper lint and dust to help reduce ‘picking’.
